We profusely apologize for any inconvenience and will be mailing refunds as soon as possible.

REFLECTIONS
ARTS PROGRAM
National PTA Reflections Arts Program offers students
the opportunity to create works of art for fun and recognition.
Students in preschool through grade 12 create and submit works of art
in six areas: literature, musical composition, photography, visual
arts, film and dance. The students create art that supports a specific
theme. This year's theme was "Beauty is......". The
Reflections Program is structured for PTAs to recognize students at
the local, council, state, and national levels. Entries are first
judged at the local level, where selected works, are chosen to
represent the PTA at each subsequent level—council, state, and
national. Outstanding
Interpretation of Theme, Awards of Excellence and Awards of Merit are
recognized at the annual National PTA Convention and displayed in a
virtual gallery on National PTA's website www.pta.org.
PTA Council of Howard County will host its
Reflections Awards Night on March 16 at River Hill High School.
